I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Florida in 1994. I have degrees from Northern Illinois University and University of Illinois. I have had several careers, from teaching High School to representing educational publishers and sales management. I have always expressed my creativity through quilting, fabric arts, design, sculpting, silversmithing, and painting. Upon retirement, I have been able to immerse myself in art and jewelry making.
