Fred Goodnight - Interdependance

Eau Gallery’s January 2021 Featured Artist Fred Goodnight Exhibit “Interdependence” January 1- February 1, 2021 Starting the year out on a positive note, accomplished artist Fred Goodnight explores the concept of Interdependence; all subjects depend on and are connected to something else... Especially people. His approach is to use different mediums in that regard; he uses Graphite Pencil, Acrylic Paints, Sanguine Chalk and Water colors. All of these different mediums rely on creativity from his own experiences.

Fred Goodnight is a professional Artist who specializes in large detailed renderings
in graphite pencil as well as Acrylic paintings and Pastel Paintings.
A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, he has exhibited at the Elise Newman
Gallery in Cleveland , Ohio; Canton Ohio Museum of Art; Massillon Ohio Museum
of Art; One man show at Kistler Art Gallery in Akron, Ohio; and The Little Gallery
of Art in North Canton, Ohio.
Locally, in addition to January’s One Man exhibit at Eau Gallery, Fred has also
exhibited at Fifth Avenue Art Gallery, Melbourne, FL; as well as Unity Church in
Merritt Island; and Unity Church in Melbourne.
Fred has won first and second prize at Massillon Museum of Art; First prize at Little
Gallery of Art in North Canton, Ohio; and second prize at Fifth Avenue Art
Gallery, Melbourne.
Fred worked as a Graphic Illustrator for Wern Advertising in North Canton, Ohio
for 27 years and has won Best of Show Award for Package Design for Superior
Dairy. He continues to create pastel, acrylic and graphite drawings.
The Exhibit opening will be on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 5:30 – 8:30pm
